"What’s That Sound?!" is a playful exploration of animal sounds through the eyes (and ears) of Poldy, a curious farm dog. Designed around the familiar way children learn to associate animals with the sounds they make, the story follows Poldy as he searches for the source of a mysterious noise on his farm.

The visual style mirrors the world of its readers—childlike, textured, and intentionally imperfect. Crayon-style illustrations echo the way young children draw, reinforcing a sense of connection and creativity. While the current concept focuses on the key moments when Poldy uncovers each animal’s distinctive call, the framework leaves room to expand into interactive, sound-based learning through storytelling.
